Sunsense has been attending the Telluride Bluegrass Festival for many years, baking solar cookies for the kids, educating the public on their solar options and enjoying the beautiful music and mountains. Its a badge of honor to tell others how many of the 40 annual festivals you have attended and this 40th year of the Telluride Bluegrass festival attracted everyone from multi year veterans to 1st year newbies.

The Sunsense crew transformed our traditional solar “education station” to incorporate a solar cell phone charging facility and we were hopping busy for the full 4 days of festival activity. Festivarians enjoyed availing themselves of this free service and we learned that we will need to expand our operation to provide more charging ports for next year.

We chatted to many folks from far and wide about solar panels for their homes and solar panels for their businesses and encouraged everyone to contact their local solar installer for a free solar quote.

There was no shortage of sun for the entire festival and we can’t wait to do it all over again at Telluride Bluegrass Festival 2014!
